Terms of use

The service is an online client area designed to facilitate the preparation of the event: consultation of documents, communication with the HSE team, monitoring of payment instalments, event details, table layout, partner-vendor directory.

Access to the service is opened by Home Sweet Event after the event-services contract is signed. The couple receives an activation link by email. Connection is made through a magic link sent to the registered email address.

The user is responsible for keeping their email inbox confidential. Any action carried out from an authenticated account is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder.

The user may upload content to the service (messages, event details, vendor suggestions, photographs). By doing so, the user warrants that they hold the necessary rights and grants Home Sweet Event a non-exclusive licence to use the content for the purposes of organising the event.

Home Sweet Event reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that is manifestly unlawful, contrary to the purpose of the service, or harmful to third parties.

Home Sweet Event endeavours to keep the service continuously available but cannot guarantee absolute availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond its control.

The service is provided as a complement to the event-services contract; it does not replace it. Information shown is indicative and confirmed by contractual exchanges. Home Sweet Event shall not be liable for any damage resulting from a misinterpretation of information consulted in the service.

The service evolves regularly. Home Sweet Event may add, modify or remove features without notice, provided that such changes do not substantially impair the performance of the contract.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Home Sweet Event.
